Candidates can beskilled-tested across a range of disciplines and then given an in-depth interview by one of our consultants. Mapping and Matching
Our focus on face-to-face communication is backed by state of the art technology. All new briefs are fed into a custom built software programme which matches the most suitable recruits in terms of their abilities, ambitions and geographic proximity. The resulting short-list is verified by a senior consultant who will then liaise between the client and candidates. As and when we cannot supply suitable personnel immediately, we will advertise specific positions on a client’s behalf. |
